He is convinced that he will establish a new economy for diamonds from now on, since lab-grown diamonds will be of the same quality as natural diamonds and can produce various colors.
On the website of Pure Diamond Laboratories Inc., he states that the new value and future of lab-grown diamonds which he will be aiming to create would provide for a pathway to open new economies such as the cultivation of blue roses, tuna, and eel.
You may well have a passionate desire to have people around the world witness lab-grown diamonds of such color and radiance that natural diamonds lack. They are perhaps too rare, however, and almost none have seen it.

Ishizuka is appointed as President and Representative Director of Pure Diamond Laboratory Co., Ltd.
His involvement with diamonds has led him to having the belief that diamond mining should only involve the grazing of the earth’s surface, as the current method of mining places an environmental burden on the planet. On the website of Pure Diamond Laboratories Co., Ltd. he expresses his concern about the current situation, where "it is possible to dig up 1 ton of earth and sand just to extract 1 gram of good quality natural diamonds."
Pure Diamond Laboratory Co., Ltd. was established in a mission to change this, pay-forward the earth’s limited resources to the next generation, and create a diamond with its own intrinsic value. The charm of lab-grown diamonds seems to be that it has the ability to provide an alternate solution to the problem of quality and price of natural diamonds, as well as the environmental problems they cause.

Ishida was appointed the Diamonds & Antwerp Ambassador from AWDC in Belgium and is an expert with a high degree of knowledge of diamonds.
Ishida wanted to import more diamonds into Japan and had thoughts to import relatively inexpensive American lab-grown diamonds. However, he recalls of one time when he came across a Japanese-made lab-grown diamond and was shocked by its high quality. Since then, he began seriously considering the possibility of exporting this high-quality Japanese lab-grown diamond to the rest of the world.
Until now, Japan had always been an importer of diamonds. Now, it can become an exporter. This project is revolutionary even for experts such as Ishida.

Ito is appointed Senior Managing Director, Pure Diamond Co., Ltd.
Ito says he feels that there is a big possibility for inexpensive lab-grown diamonds to be as viable as natural diamonds as the former are of the same quality as the latter. Speaking of the diamond industry, in the past, those who wanted diamonds were unable to obtain them as they were simply too expensive. Since lab-grown diamonds are trading at half the price of natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds have the potential to solve this issue.
Ito holds seminars in a mission to disseminate lab-grown diamonds and delivering diamonds to as many people as possible.
Born in 1991.
Kawasaki has a developmental disorder and is conscious of the problem that he lives in “a society where people with developmental disabilities cannot fully utilize the talent they possess.” Going to high school did not appeal to him as he could not see the meaning of it, so he began working as an engineer at the age of 15. He experienced launching multiple IT startup ventures such as Tokyo Otaku Mode, as well as doing business sales, working as an officer, and more. More recently, he acted as the COO at AMATELUS Inc. (USA), a Web 3D/VR (Virtual Reality) venture. After his departure, he began on his life’s work to “create a society where people with developmental disabilities can play an active part” in their lives.
Kawasaki is a young engineer who was active as an ethical hacker and had even worked on the NEM cases.
He says that this project provides him with less security. Unlike traditional diamonds, introducing blockchain technology increases the transparency of trading and minimizes the risk of buying fakes. Information is recorded on the P2P network via encryption using blockchain technology. By functioning as a decentralized ledger, fair and unimpressible communication becomes possible.
Unlike natural diamonds, it is possible to say that the risk of buying fakes is small, and as such, the risk of fraud is small too.
Graduated from Nanyang Institute of Technology's Information Systems Department.
Lead Developer of Southeast Asia's largest gaming company, Garena.
Chris began his journey into the world of blockchain technology in 2013.
Chris is a young blockchain engineer.
By combining blockchain technology with lab-grown diamonds, Chris says he gets to enjoy something entirely new. For instance, as it is possible to cross-reference the creation date of a lab-grown diamond with the blockchain, it is also possible to analogize the creation of the diamond as the birth of a newborn child. Moreover, because of the nature of blockchain technology, it is possible to effectively ‘tell the fortune’ of the diamond based on the information on its generation date and chemical composition.
As such, thanks to blockchain technology, lab-grown diamonds can have more charm than natural diamonds.
